Here’s How to Apply Your Sublimation Print:

• Choose the Right Material: Make sure you’re using a polyester fabric or a poly-coated item (like mugs or phone cases) for best results.
• Prepare the Surface: For fabrics, ensure they are clean (use lint remover) and wrinkle-free. For hard items, clean the surface thoroughly (use alcohol) to avoid any impurities like dust or debris. 
• Align Your Design: Place the printed sublimation paper face down onto your material where you want the design to appear.
• Heat Pressing: Set your heat press to 375°F (190°C) for 60 seconds. (Please note that setting still varies depending on the material) . Pressure should be medium (not too tight, not too loose). If using an home iron (no steam), press for about 3-5 minutes, ensuring even pressure. 
• Peel & Enjoy: Carefully remove the sublimation paper while it’s still warm, and voilà – you’re done! You’ve got a vibrant, high-quality print!
