Shipping Rate (applies to our Handwoven bags only)

$26.95 S&H for New Zealand - not updated

Please be advised of the new changes for S&H to our Handwoven bags that will apply for all orders starting 26/07/2021. This is an actual price from our courier (including the mailing box) to send your beautiful bag and we don't charge extra on top.

$18.95 S&H Australia-wide and;

$29.95 S&H for New Zealand

Once payment is confirmed, ordered items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours and will arrive in 3-5 business days within Australia and 10-16 working days to New Zealand. Deliveries to regional areas may take longer.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm once payment is confirmed.

We use Sendle and Australia Post to deliver all our orders.

Due to Coronavirus Pandemic, our courier is in immense pressure and this caused with delays on your orders. Please kindly wait for your items, it will sure be worth the wait. But if you have any questions about how long your parcel will take to arrive, please contact the courier directly.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders will not have tracking numbers.

Pre-orders
Some of our items are available for pre-order as they require personalisation. This means that once you place an order for PRE-ORDER, you will be advised when the item will be shipped. No ETA will be given yet until we finalise from our artist the availability and possible shipment of your order. So, please be patient with us, but rest assured that we at Gift Ideas by Cindy will do our best to keep you updated and have your order shipped as soon as possible!
